Professional supervision for people who support people.

Professional supervision provides a confidential space to step back from your day-to-day work, reflect on your practice, consider challenges and strengthen your professional skills.
I bring more than 25 years of experience in education, including teaching and HOD leadership, alongside my counselling practice. This gives me a practical understanding of working with young people, whānau, colleagues and complex systems.
My supervision style is collaborative, strengths-based and solution-focused, using thoughtful questioning, reflection, feedback and practical tools to help you make sense of your work and identify meaningful next steps.
Counsellors and other helping professionals ·Counselling Students · Educators and school staff · HODs and school leaders · Youth workers · Coaches and mentors · People working in other people-focused roles
I have completed the NZQA Micro-credential: Supervision Skills for Health & Social Service Professionals — Level 5, 5 credits, through the New Zealand Coaching & Mentoring Centre.
My training included supervision relationships and contracting, supervision frameworks, reflective learning, feedback, ethical practice, professional boundaries and practical supervision skills.
I am a NZAC registered Supervisor
I see supervision as an opportunity to pause, reflect, learn and grow — not simply to discuss what went wrong.
Together, we'll explore what's happening, consider different perspectives, recognise your strengths and work out what you want to do next.
My approach draws particularly on Solution-Focused Therapy, with a focus on strengths, possibilities, learning and practical steps forward.
Good supervision gives you space to think — not just answers to follow.
