Practical support, not judgement
ADHD isn't about laziness, lack of intelligence or simply needing to “try harder”.
Sometimes the challenge isn't knowing what to do — it's being able to consistently turn that knowledge into action.
Together, we can look at what is getting in the way and break things down into small, realistic steps.
There is no one-size-fits-all ADHD strategy. What works brilliantly for one person may be completely unhelpful for another.
Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your individual needs.
We start with where you are now, identify what is getting in the way, and work together to develop practical strategies you can actually use in everyday life.
For teenagers, this may include working alongside parents where appropriate, while keeping the young person's growing independence and voice at the centre.
You don't have to become a different person to manage ADHD better.
The aim is to understand yourself, work with your strengths and find ways to make life feel more manageable.
